Carey D: I bought my Hyundai at the Ray Skillman location on the West side, but have taken it to this dealership several times for service. I’ve always been happy with the results, and the pricing is very competitive compared to what I’ve found at other Hyundai dealerships around town (ahem, Butler and Palmer). The service desk employees have always made an annoying task much easier and have been great with helping to get me in a rental car from the next-door Enterprise Rental.

If you have a Hyundai and are looking for a place to get it serviced in Indy, I recommend checking out this location. You might also want to call all the Hyundai dealerships in town and get a price quote. I did that before committing to a 60,000 mile standard service, and found that Skillman offered the best price and did so in the most haggle-free, non-salesy manner.

Macieje K.: Seems like people are avoiding saying anything about this business so I decided to put my opinion up. I bought used Kia Spectra from this dealer and it was a smoker, even though salesman gave his word it was not. They must have used some product to kill the smell for a moment but it lasted only a week. It took good one year for the smell to go away. It just shows they will lie in your face just to make the sale.

All of the employees were friendly, personable, up front, and extremely helpful throughout the car buying process.

I’m a new graduate, and this was my first time by a car. This could have been a nerve racking experience, but I never once felt uncomfortable buying from Honda West.
